Simone & Herbert
We are Herb and Sim, both from Austria, and we moved to Belize in March 2008 and built our restaurant in one of the most picturesque places in the world - BELIZE. We have travelled around the world and have experienced many countries and cultures but we fulfilled our dream by settling here in Belize: a country which is relaxing and full of spirit!
Before locating here we lived in Sydney, Australia embracing many of it's influences, especially wines.
Herb, the Marine Biologist

Herb's background is marine biology and his interests include diving and photography. He enjoys good wines and is well versed in the many ways to serve and prepare especially meat. Mixed with his dry humour Herb is perfect company for an after dinner drink at the bar, he's sure to keep you entertained.
Sim
Enjoying the life in Belize
Sim or Simone has a background in business management. She shares a love of diving and is leaning to develop her artistic disposition. Seine Bight with all its gifted inhabitants is the right place to find her creative side.
Like Sim, the sweet side of life delights and Austria is especially famous for its variety of desserts. Sweet, sweet and more sweet! Let Sim sweeten your taste buds with one of her cakes or dessert dishes; however her singing is off the menu, her voice is not so sweet, but company is always charming!!!
